Processing Times

Orders ship within 1–4 business days.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or customs.

If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll assist with a postal investigation and replacement.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will apply.
